This administrative professional will have strong Microsoft Office skills and assist the team with talent sourcing, attracting candidates, scheduling interviews and meetings, preparing reports, marketing duties, onboarding new hires, and other projects assigned by the Director of Human Resources.
The PERFECT CANDIDATE will:
Enjoy helping others Collaborate with members of their team on a regular basis Proactively identify areas where administrative support is needed and take initiative Have professional phone etiquette and no fear of cold calling candidates Have an interest in pursuing an HR, recruiting, or marketing career Prior experience as an HR Generalist, Staffing coordinator, Recruiter, or Marketing assistant is ideal and the ability to read, write, speak Spanish and English will guarantee you an interview!!!
Responsibilities:
Assist the HR/Talent Team with daily administrative projects and assignments.
Collaborate with members of their team on a regular basis to provide organizational support.
Proactively identify areas where administrative support is needed and take initiative Answer employee and applicant questions via phone, email, or in the office Assist the team with talent sourcing, using different job boards and social media platforms.
Schedule interviews and meetings for members of the team by reviewing calendars and coordinating dates/times.
Prepare reports in different formats Marketing tasks Onboarding new hires Other duties assigned by the Director of Human Resources.
Provide social media content.
Promote company's reputation as best place to work.
Skills Candidates must have prior administrative work experience in a professional work environment.
This is an ideal job for students pursuing HR or Marketing degree Solid ability to anticipate the needs of their team and offer support Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word, and other Microsoft platforms.
