Responsibilities:
- Quote and close sales with warm-transfer prospects- Meet new business production goals and objectives- Solicit new business via various channels including telephone and networking- Develop and nurture relationships with industry professionals such as Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, and Auto Dealers- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and initiativeRequirements:
- 0-1 years of experience in P&C Insurance Sales with a proven track record of selling over the phone- Strong self-motivation, goal-orientation, and positive energy- Willingness to learn, adapt, and be coachable- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative- Possession of a property & casualty insurance license is requiredEmployment Type:
